INDUSTRIAL NOISE CONTROL
The usual reasons for implementing noise and vibration controls are where

We can reduce noise (and vibration) from a wide range of industrial/commercial sources such as -
air tools, blowers, compressors, electrical transformers, fans, gas burners, hydraulics,
impacts, induction heaters, lubrication problems, pneumatic exhausts, presses, quarrying, vacuum pump exhausts,
ventilation / extraction systems, vibratory feeders, and machines in general.

We would survey the situation using precision instrumentation, and design and engineer the solution. This
could involve standard components/materials or custom-designed items manufactured by us.
A range of noise control assemblies can be fabricated including in-duct and pressure release silencers,
and anti-vibration units.
It is cheaper and usually more effective to incorporate noise control features at the planning stage, before
constructing a new factory, installing machinery etc. We can provide a design service to improve the
acoustic properties of the development.
